Sunny Las Vegas hosted hundreds of movies or movie-scenes. Some of them got the Oscar. Others got lost on the way. What is Called Delivered Email?
You have no doubt seen advertisements for autoresponders, email providers and list building services that tout their ability to deliver email to the intended recipients at a very high percentage rate.
We most assuredly do want our marketing emails delivered to the intended recipients and a 100% rate of delivery would be ideal. None of those who say that they have a high deliverability rate claim to deliver 100%, however.
Delivered email? What exactly is called delivered email? Are only the messages that are sent to email addresses that arent valid and bounce back counted as the ones that are not delivered?
Or, are the ones that go straight to junk mail rather than to inboxes counted as not delivered, as well?
If the recipient doesnt actually see the email, is the email still counted as having been delivered?

The free services like hotmail and Yahoo have filters that let a user choose to only have mail come to their inboxes sent from addresses that they have white listed.
Additionally, some email services automatically block email that is sent by some autoresponders so using a well-know autoresponder service is very important.
Instructing the members of your list to white list you in their email programs is another important thing that an email marketer can do.
These instructions need to be provided on the website, as well as, sent in the welcoming email after a person signs into your opt-in list.

One of the best things about getting a college degree either totally or partially online is that the cost is so much less.
A student can live at home, keep a full-time or part-time job, and continue to meet their financial obligations while attending college in the hours they have available and without putting themselves or their families deeply into debt.
Time is always a factor in today's busy world. The idea of sitting in a lecture hall and hearing a professor or instructor drone on and on simply does not appeal to today's instant-gratification young people. Almost all young people today are very computer savvy.
They've been using computers for everything since they were five years old. The idea of getting a college degree online is just not a far-out idea to them. They do everything else online...why not go to school and get a degree, too?

Tell all new opt-ins that they will be receiving offers from you on occasion for products or services that may be of use to them but that they are, of course, under no obligation to buy anything from you.
Never send a marketing email disguised as a welcoming or thank-you email. In your first email to a new opt-in member do not try to sell anything. They will be looking for the opt-out button if you do.
They have given you permission to email them but they dont believe that they have set themselves up as a target for you to try to sell to.
